By accessing or using this Website or purchasing any Service from Amar Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. About Amar Studio

Amar Studio is a creative design and digital services platform offering professional services that may include, but are not limited to:

Logo and brand identity design
Social media graphics and creatives
Posters, banners and promotional designs

The exact scope of Services will depend on the requirements agreed upon between Amar Studio and the client.

2. Eligibility

By using our Website or Services, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
You will use our Website and Services only for lawful purposes.
You will not use our Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, harmful or unauthorized activity.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity.

3. Service Orders and Requirements

Before beginning a project, Amar Studio may require information, specifications, references, brand assets, text, images, dimensions and other materials from the client.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete project requirements.

Any delay in providing required information, approvals, content or materials may affect the project timeline.

A project will be considered confirmed only after the required project details and applicable payment or advance payment have been received, where applicable.

4. Pricing and Payments

Service prices may vary depending on the scope, complexity, turnaround time and requirements of the project.

Prices will be communicated to the client before the project begins.
An advance payment may be required before work starts.
The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Urgent or priority projects may carry additional charges.
Taxes, payment gateway charges or other applicable fees may be charged separately where applicable.

Amar Studio reserves the right to change its pricing for future projects without prior notice. Any price already agreed upon for an ongoing project will remain subject to the specific agreement between Amar Studio and the client.

5. Revisions and Changes

We aim to provide designs that meet the client’s requirements and expectations.

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the package or quotation agreed upon.

A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing design based on the original project brief. A completely new concept, change of direction or significant alteration to the original requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

Clients are encouraged to provide clear and consolidated feedback to avoid unnecessary delays.

6. Project Timelines and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated based on the scope of the project.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

Delayed client feedback
Delayed approvals
Missing content or materials
Changes in project requirements
Technical issues
Third-party service interruptions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Amar Studio will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe but does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Client-Provided Materials

Clients may provide logos, photographs, text, fonts, illustrations, videos, trademarks or other materials for use in a project.

The client represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights, permissions and licenses to use any materials supplied to Amar Studio.

The client remains responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal issues arising from materials provided by them.

Amar Studio will not knowingly use client-provided materials for purposes outside the agreed project without appropriate authorization.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Amar Studio retains ownership of its original design concepts, working files, unused concepts, design processes, templates, source materials and proprietary creative resources.

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client will receive the agreed final deliverables and the rights specified in the project agreement or quotation.

Editable/source files such as AI, PSD, CDR, Figma or other working files are not automatically included unless specifically mentioned in the agreed package or quotation.

Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, templates or other licensed resources remain subject to their respective license terms.

The client must not reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit third-party assets beyond the rights granted under their applicable licenses.

9. Portfolio and Promotional Rights

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion, Amar Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media profiles, presentations and promotional materials for the purpose of showcasing its creative work.

If a project contains confidential or sensitive information, the client may request reasonable restrictions on public display.

10. Cancellation of Projects

A client may request cancellation of a project by contacting Amar Studio.

If work has already started, cancellation may not result in a full refund because time, resources and creative work may already have been invested.

Any refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the amount of work completed, project stage, expenses incurred and the applicable Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Amar Studio reserves the right to discontinue a project if the client engages in abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or unreasonable conduct.

11. Refund Policy

Payments and refunds will be handled according to Amar Studio’s applicable Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed creative work, delivered digital products or services already performed may be non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and processing timeline will be communicated to the client.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
Copy, reproduce or redistribute Website content without permission.
Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful material.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Website.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amar Studio, its owner, team members, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Website or Services
Materials supplied by you that infringe third-party rights
Your unlawful use of our Services
Any unauthorized use of final deliverables

17. Confidentiality

Amar Studio will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential information shared by clients for the purpose of completing a project.

However, information that is already publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source or required to be disclosed by law may not be considered confidential.

For highly confidential projects, clients are encouraged to discuss a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Amar Studio before sharing sensitive information.

18. Communication

Project-related communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, forms or other communication channels agreed upon by both parties.

Clients are responsible for reviewing project communications and providing timely feedback or approvals.

Approval provided through an agreed communication channel may be considered confirmation to proceed with the project.

19. Force Majeure

Amar Studio will not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, government restrictions, technical failures, power outages, cyber incidents, strikes, war, pandemics or failures of third-party service providers.

20. Changes to These Terms

Amar Studio reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time.

Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are published on this Website.

21. Governing Law
